Q: What constitutes CPD and when did Paralegal CPD™ begin?

A: Our Paralegal CPD™ Programme began on 1st October 2005.

The Programme has been designed to be as flexible as possible to take into account the many calls on members´ time and pockets. Therefore CPD points can be accumulated by:

Attending accredited CPD courses

Presenting at law courses

Undertaking in-house training

Documented legal research and/or legal writing

Studying a legal course

Undertaking any other activities that clearly assist with your development as a legal professional

Although attendance at accredited CP courses is no longer mandatory, we still recommend this as one of the best ways to accrue your points.
